MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a solid and respected club for the community particularly the youth to enable them to realise their full potential in an environment promoting family participation and enjoyment conducted in a safe and friendly atmosphere
OUR CLUB PRINCIPLES
1. Members will do their utmost to create a culture within the Club which promotes a safe, friendly and enjoyable family atmosphere for all

2. Visitors, including opposing teams and supporters and umpires are guests of the Club and will be treated with respect and made to feel welcome at all times
​
3. Umpires. It will be expected that, being human, umpires will make mistakes. However their decisions will always be accepted gracefully by players and supporting members.

4. Financial Management. The financial affairs of the Club will be conducted honestly and responsibly with positive accounts. All financial dealings will be honored on time
​
5. Junior football and netball. The relationship with TMJFC and TMJNC is crucial and will always be nurtured. Junior development is acknowledged to be a corner stone of our future.

6. Sponsors, It is recognised that our sponsors are critical to the running of the Club and that we will attempt to exceed their expectations in providing value for their investment.
